Refund policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are the happiest customer at all times, however, in the event that your new pair of shoes do not fit, you may return it to us for an exchange. Please keep in mind that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns if the products have been worn and are no longer in a resalable condition - all original packaging needs to be intact and in its original condition.  Purchases must be returned within 30 days of delivery. The items are your responsibility until they arrive at our office. All return costs are on your own account.

Orders cancelled after manufacturing has taken place will incur a  10% cancellation fee on the value of the goods. 

 

 

  1. Should an item not meet your fitting needs, you may return it to us for an exchange. Communication must be done within seven days of receipt (receiving your order) and must be delivered to us within 30 days after authorization of return has been communicated. The goods must be returned with all packaging, and documentation and be undamaged in any way. An exchange will only be conducted if we have agreed to the exchange. 

  2. It is your responsibility to return the exchanged pair back to us, and you bear the handling fee or cost for delivery back to us and thereafter back to you. 
    We have made great strides in informing and asking our clients to please have a look at our size guide and thus, we cannot bear any costs in the event the shoes do not fit your requirements and you require a different size.
    NOTE: Failure to disclose or notify us you have sent your order back to us after the exchange has been authorized by us, may cause extreme delays in processing your exchange. It is your responsibility to notify us when you have returned the shoes, which method, and any tracking information (i.e. the courier company and waybill number). The return is your responsibility until it is returned to us and we are not liable for any loss or delay if communication has not been submitted to us. 

  3. If an order is returned for a refund, shipping fees are not included, only the cost of the item. A 10% handling fee will be charged on returned goods for refunds.

  4. Dr Jacob's Health Shoes cannot be held liable for any product that does not meet the client's expectations for any reason whatsoever.

  5. At Dr Jacob's Health Shoes we cannot accept returns on discounted or sale items unless the product is defective.

  6. Products that are defective are only deemed so after examination of each product, if foul play or tampering is suspected, your exchange or refund may be rejected. 
    Only items that are defective qualify for a refund.

  7. Refunds or exchanges may take up to 10 working days to reflect after inspection of the item/s has taken place (inspection from the day of retrieval of item/s may take 3-5 days). 

  8. Manufacturing for exchanges takes 10-15 working days after approval of the exchange. 

  9. Please note if we do not receive any communication from the client with regard to an exchange or return before a product is sent back to us, we will not carry out a return. Authorisation of any return is required prior (i.e. communication to us via email and Dr Jacob's Health Shoes responding back with notice of the return), failure to do so and your return or exchange will not be carried out. 
    It is the customer's responsibility to have their goods returned back to them in the case of the above. 

 

 All items purchased during any sales, promotions, or specials will not qualify for a refund.
