Shipping policy

  1. Dr Jacob's Health Shoes strives to fulfill all orders as fast as possible. All orders may take 8-10 working days ( Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not included in the manufacturing time frame) and the first manufacturing day falls on the working day after placement of the order. Thereafter the order is handed over to the deligated courier company after the 10th day.

  2. Dr Jacob's Health Shoes delivery is made after funds have cleared successfully to our account.

  3. Delivery Timeframes ( all via door to door courier )

  • Major Centres via Express courier – 1 to 4 working days ( Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not included in the delivery time frame – Please note that Delivery time frame is from dispatched and not from when the actual order is placed )

  • Regional Areas – 2 to 7 working days ( Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not included in the delivery time frame – Please note that Delivery time frame is from dispatched and not from when the actual order is placed )

  • Delivery time once dispatched during peak seasons may take longer due to courier company backlogs

  • Postal Service is not used.

  • Should an order be particularly heavy or bulky, an additional working day may be required.

  • Delivery FEE:

    • Standard fee of R99,99 for door-to-door delivery. 

    • Postnet: Counter-to-Counter standard fee of R99,99

    • This amount is subject to change at the discretion of Dr. Jacob's Shoes at any time they deem necessary.

Dr Jacob's Health Shoes endeavours to keep manufacturing within a timely manner, 8-10 working days ( Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays are not included in the manufacturing time frame and the first manufacturing day falls on the working day after placement of the order), however, if high volumes of orders do occur additional manufacturing time may be added. 

  2. All transactions are encrypted using appropriate encryption technology through a third party.

  3. All payments are done online through PAYSTACK – we do not keep any personal information. We accept: VISA, MASTERCARD, DEBIT CARDS and INSTANT EFT – a full list of supplier logos can be found in the website footer on the home page. Payment can be made by [ EFT, debit card, instant bank transfer credit card, where payment is made by credit card, we may require additional information in order to authorise and/or verify the validity of payment. In such cases we are entitled to withhold delivery until such time as the additional information is received by us and authorization is obtained by us for the amounts. If we do not receive authorisation your order for the Goods will be cancelled. You warrant that you are fully authorized to use the credit card supplied for purposes of paying for the Goods. You also warrant that your credit card has sufficient available funds to cover all the costs incurred as a result of the services used on the Website.
